Oli has extensive business building experience as a CEO, Investor and Adviser. He founded Master Plant inspired by the magical healing properties of cannabis with a mission to democratise consumption for the benefit of people and planet.
Prior to Master Plant, Oli was a CEO of Virgin Pure in the Virgin and Strauss Groups, where he rebooted and relaunched the business model, management team, operations, marketing and sales resulting in a rapid increase in productivity and revenue growth.
He has held private equity investment and financial director roles at the Virgin Group and Virgin Green Fund since 2008. Leading on Virgin’s overall investment & financing strategy along with more typical investment management duties.
Oli is a London Business School Masters in Finance alumni, ACA qualified in BDO's Corporate Finance team.
James has extensive business building experience as a Founder, Investor and Adviser in multiple industries. He has been involved in the European Cannabis industry since 2018, working across the value chain, in farming, wholesale and consumer propositions. In this time he has gained a wide range of experience and contacts across the sector.
Prior to this James has over 15 years working within the investment and entrepreneur communities, with considerable business building experience.
He is the founder of several companies across a number of areas, and has built a strong understanding of digital environments. He founded the Angel Investment Network at just 22, which is now the world's largest angel network with over 1M members and operating networks worldwide.
A serial investor, he has made investments into over 50+ businesses where he advises on strategy and growth.
Jim is an international lawyer with over fifty years of experience in sub-Saharan Africa and thirty years in the former Soviet Union. He has lived in Malawi, Kenya and Russia for over twenty years.
His practice has focused on legal and business advisory services on corporate, commercial, and financial matters for Governments, private and non-governmental clients.
Jim has broad sector experience having worked in agriculture, airline, energy (including renewable energy), financial, hotels and hospitality, manufacturing, and natural resources sectors (including forestry, mining and oil and gas).
He has a B.A. in political science and psychology from the University of Wisconsin and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Jim has advised over thirty governments on their foreign investment laws as a World Bank consultant. Jim is a member of the Bars of the State of Illinois and the District of Columbia.

He has created, operated and exited companies in the software, textile manufacturing, chocolate manufacturing and branding, sand mining and real estate industries.

Sky is an experienced corporate leader and entrepreneur in the cannabis industry. Most recently, Sky served as Chief Marketing Officer of Halo Collective a publicly listed cannabis company in North America.
Prior to Halo, Sky served as Chief Marketing Officer and Board Member of C21 Investments a publicly listed cannabis company in North America and was founder and CEO of Phantom Farms.
Sky has held senior corporate roles at Microsoft and owns his own production and marketing agency.
