Prior to Master Plant, Oli was a CEO of Virgin Pure in the Virgin and Strauss Groups, where he rebooted and relaunched the business model, management team, operations, marketing and sales resulting in a rapid increase in productivity and revenue growth.
He has held private equity investment and financial director roles at the Virgin Group and Virgin Green Fund since 2008. Leading on Virgin’s overall investment & financing strategy along with more typical investment management duties.
Oli is a London Business School Masters in Finance alumni, ACA qualified in BDO's Corporate Finance team.
James has extensive business building experience as a Founder, Investor and Adviser in multiple industries. He has been involved in the European Cannabis industry since 2018, working across the value chain, in farming, wholesale and consumer propositions. In this time he has gained a wide range of experience and contacts across the sector.
